Fertilizer Friday!
I have to admit I have been fertilizing 2x a week. My flowers have had such a tough time. It rained here for 7 weeks straight and now it is 95 degrees. My flowers are perking up now that the sun is out! My pride and joy flower pots were blown off of the porch during a bad storm. They weighed about 60 pounds each! I have a ton of weeding to do. The weather has been to miserable to go outside. We are supposed to get nice 80 degree weather next week and I plan to dedicate some time to my plants....
I had planned on taking out our sidewalks and putting in the cute little paths like Tootsie has. I think it will have to wait until next year after the kitchen renovation is done. Hopefully it will be done by the end of July.
I signed up for FF last week and I had technical difficulties with my camera. The pictures that are at the top of my blog are from last years gardens.
I hope you all have a amazing Friday!!

Rain? What's that? Love your arbor.
I hear ya about the heat - we've had the craziest weather here. We went from a chilly dry spring to a heat index over 100 degrees in the matter of one day. I think that the weeds are taking over where the bunnies left off. My garden doesn't look a thing like last years....bummer! Your coneflowers are doing well. Sorry to hear about your huge pots. See you next week! ~ Robyn
I am so glad to hear you are almost done the kitchen!!! your arch is looking awesome too...I know how bad the wind can get here ...I am sorry your pots got kicked around. Thanks for joining in again!!! missed you!
The weather in nw Tenn. has been just as crazy and now that things are blooming I've been invaded by Japanese Beetles...they ate up several things before I realized what was going on...so good luck...and we'll see ya next week...
The weather's been fairly seasonable here and I've been on "vacation" (aka "weedcation") but I still have a ton of weeds here too. I am looking forward to just sipping an iced tea and enjoying my garden ... hopefully by August! Looking forward to seeing more of your pictures next week.
Well, I am so glad to hear you are almost done the kitchen work. Your arch is looking spectacular too. I really enjoyed lot.
