I cannot believe that fall is here. It was so cold last night that I had to turn on the heat. We haven't had a frost yet, but it wont be long. I love fall but I am not looking forward to winter. One of my favorite things to do in the fall is visit Anderson's Orchard. It is a beautiful farm with rolling hills of apple trees,pond and a apple barn with delicious jellies, elephant ears and cobblers.
I am just not ready to let go of summer ......... I love to go boating with my cousins at Dale Hollow. There is no place like it. If you have never been, I highly recommend it!

I haven't had the heat on at home yet, but I turned on the fireplace to take the chill out of the air. I'm not looking forward to cleaning out the garden or all of my pots and planters. The orchard sounds like a fun idea. We have corn mazes around here, too. I think we may visit one tomorrow. The girls from work and I are also attending a faux handbag party. Morning girl...I love that pic in your header of the kids jumping in the pool! lol We are starting to get down i n the 50's here at night so I can open the door and let the breeze blow in the screen door during the day...I love it this time of year...great info about yourself on your 7's tag and that Haven of Rest sounds glorious! Thanks so much for coming by....I hope you try the cobbler...my favorite is the peach on just using a large can of sliced cling peaches..juice and all..ohhhh it is fantastic! lol Hope all is well on your side of the mountain girl...take care and have a great weekend!
