We have a new member in out family. "Santa" brought her Christmas morning. She is amazing! She is doing very well with potty training and is a great little gal. Her name is "Kennedy" as in First Lady Jaqueline Onasis Kennedy. The kids were given naming rights and this is what they came up with. We have begged my husband for 15 years for a dog. He finally gave in. We overheard him sweet talking her outside! What a hoot! Kennedy is a Piebald Dashund.
I have the after Christmas blues. Every year that my teenagers get older it gets harder to let go of the holiday. I try to cherich every moment. I know every thing has it's time and season but I am not ready to let go.
I hope you all have a wonderful and blessed New Year!

Oh, I am so glad you posted this sweet baby girl. She is adorable. As you know we have two miniture long-haired doxies. They potty trained very easily, too!! I tricked my husband into the 1st one. I gave it to him for his.. birthday. He feel in love with her the minute he say her. Watch out!! They are addicting!! I know several people with two doxies!!
Hugs, Terrie
What a little Sweetie, my nephew has a mini doxie named Gus. I thought he should have named him Dixie the Tiny Dog because their last name is Johnson. Did you ever hear that song from Peter Himmelman? It's pretty cute - if you haven't it's called Dixie the Tiny Dog. ~ Robyn
Oh, Kennedy is such a little beauty! Congratulations on the new baby! ♥ Diane

Fifteen years is way too long but the wait was worth it for Kennedy to be yours. So so cute.
I also have teens and one 20 year old girl. It's truly hard to let go of the magic. Things have chanced and if I could I would make them all little again in a heart beat.
So nice to meet you, I'm new to your blog.
Hugs from Canada
