Progress at last!
My husband , bless his heart has been working on our cabinets for 6 months. He stripped all the paint off of them and refaced the doors and drawers. It took 6 coats of paint. I appreciate all his efforts. They look great!

awwww..... a dishwasher atlast after 20 years of waiting.
I love it! The cabinets has to be completely reconfigured to fit the dishwasher. The counters were too short for a dishwasher and had to be raised. It has been a tough project and we are growing weary of it!
I have to admit my blog is a real mess! I can't figure out how to get the snowy scenery off of my blog! It just won't go away!
I am starting to see real progress in my kitchen! I have been without a stove and sink for several weeks . It has been challenging but I am a real camper! The cabinets, backsplash and counters are done. We still have to build the island and lay the flooring! I am hoping to be done by the end of July!
